Funeral Ceremonies

Funeral and celebration of life ceremonies

I must admit ... I’m on a bit of a mission with Funerals!
To deliver funeral and celebration of life ceremonies that my clients feel truly proud of.
I think I remember when my motivation was sparked……

Meet my Nan Eva who passed away in July 2000.

She was a cheeky, cuddly, sociable, resilient lady; a wife, mother, grandmother and business owner. She liked a flutter on the horses and boiled sweets, the latter of which would emerge from the depth of her closely guarded handbag on a regular basis. We all adored her.

Sadly for us, her family and many friends, her funeral was underwhelming and impersonal and at 27 I felt a bit cheated by the whole experience.

Fast forward 22 years and I’m now on a mission to ensure none of my client’s experience what I did that day.

I write and deliver bespoke, personalised funeral ceremonies that truly reflect your loved one, their quirks, their achievements, their passions, their attributes, their life.

I also firmly believe a good funeral or celebration of life ceremony can do YOU a lot of good too.
For those planning the send-off, a feeling of fulfilment following a ceremony is absolutely possible and I work closely with my clients to ensure that’s exactly what they get.

time to start planning a funeral ceremony?

A ceremony at your local Crematorium or Woodland Burial Ground is a popular choice for most families. Your Funeral Director will advise you of the choices.

Once you’ve decided you’d like me to conduct the ceremony, you can call me directly to let me know you’d like to get the ball rolling.

Or you can pass my contact details to your Funeral Director and they will call me

If I had a pound for every time a family tells me that they don’t know here to start with planning the ceremony……….

Please, please, please don’t worry, that’s absolutely why I’m here. I have years of experience in gently guiding families through the process of planning a funeral ceremony.

We ALWAYS go at your pace, you aren’t expected to know what to do and we’ll probably shed a tear or two together at some point in the process!

My promise to you is that we will do a REALLY good job of it together and you WILL feel proud of what we achieve.
